SHIPPING POLICY (B2B)
1. Logistics management and cost calculation Siili Company operates in the B2B (Business to Business) sector. Our shipments depart from our logistics center in Ascoli Piceno (Italy) and are entrusted to leading national and international carriers selected to guarantee the best rate based on destination and volume.
Due to the variability of orders (from small packages to pallets), shipping costs are NOT calculated automatically at checkout. The notice "Calculated in invoice" that appears at the time of order indicates that the transport cost will be quantified by our logistics office after receiving the request.
2. Fulfillment procedure

Place order: Complete your order online without paying shipping costs at this time.

Rate calculation: Our staff processes the order and calculates the exact shipping cost (indicative basic rates for Italy starting from €7.90).

Final invoice: You will receive the Pro-forma Invoice including transport costs via email.

Payment and shipment: The goods are handed over to the carrier (1-2 working days) after receipt of payment.
3. Estimated delivery times Once the goods are handed over to the carrier, average delivery times are:

Italy: 24/48 working hours (islands excluded).

European Union: 3-5 working days.

Outside EU: 5-10 working days depending on customs procedures.
You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the package is shipped.
4. Customs duties and taxes (Export) For all shipments destined outside the European Union (e.g., Switzerland, UK, USA), any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges are entirely at the recipient's expense. Siili Company cannot predict these costs, which depend on the local regulations of the destination country.
