Anatomical Memory Foam Insole

This type of insole is designed for maximum adaptation and hygiene:

  • Composition: Made of comfortable 'memory foam' .
  • Function: It is anatomical and contributes to the shock-absorbing action.
  • Safety: It is antistatic , essential for dissipating electrical charges.
  • Convenience: It is removable , making cleaning and replacement easy.

Anatomical EVA footbed

This insole is specifically focused on comfort and impact absorption:

  • Composition: It is a highly comfortable anatomical insole in EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate).
  • Function: Ensures a cushioning action of the foot during operation for high comfort.

EVA/TR Technology (Lightweight and Extreme Grip)

The EVA/TR sole represents the lightest and highest performance solution.

  • Primary Advantage: Extremely light . Weighs 16% less than standard PU soles.
  • Grip: It boasts an anti-slip coefficient that is over 40% higher than current standards.
  • Use: Ideal for long periods of standing.

PU (Polyurethane) is used in two variants to balance comfort and durability:

PU Single density

  • Feature: Offers an excellent combination of lightness and flexibility.

PU Bidensity

  • Feature: Dual density combines an internal shock absorbing layer with a durable external tread.
  • Function: The tread design improves grip, offering excellent grip.

SIILI footwear uses two types of toe caps, depending on whether the priority is maximum protection or lightness.

Steel Tip

  • Composition: Steel.
  • Function: Provides protection from impacts and crushing.
  • Midsole Combination: In the more robust models (dual density leather collection), the toe cap is often combined with a steel midsole (anti-perforation midsole).

Synthetic Toe Cap

  • Composition: Synthetic.
  • Primary Advantage: Extremely light .
  • Use: Present in the EVA-TR Collection, where the goal is to maximize lightness and comfort at work.

Uppers are the focus of SIILI COMPANY, offering durability, breathability and, in many cases, the ability to be washed.

Microfiber (For Hygiene and Washability)

Microfiber is the signature material of most collections (White & Black, EVA-TR).

  • Upper Features: Tear-resistant . Extremely breathable . Water-repellent . Hygiene: It is perfectly machine washable at 40° .
  • Lining: Mainly Air Mesh

Leather (For Strength)

Leather is used for the more robust models with dual-density bottoms.

  • Upper Types: Velour leather . Full- grain leather.
  • Lining: Breathable fabric.
  • Additional Feature: The anatomical EVA insole provides cushioning.
