RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (B2B)

 

Sales on this site are reserved exclusively for professionals and companies with a VAT number. Therefore, the unconditional right of withdrawal provided by the Consumer Code for private individuals (B2C) does not apply.

1. Return authorization (RMA) No return will be accepted without prior written authorization from Siili Company. It is not possible to ship goods back without having previously agreed on the procedure. To initiate a request, contact us at info@siilicompany.it indicating:

  • Order number

  • Item codes to be returned

  • Reason (e.g., defect, shipping error, size change)

2. Defective or non-compliant goods Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. In case of defective, damaged, or non-compliant goods, the report must be made via email within 8 days of delivery, attaching photos of the defect. Once the problem is verified, we will arrange at our expense for the pickup and replacement of the product or the issuance of a Credit Note/Refund.

3. Size changes or "change of mind" Returns for size/number changes or incorrect purchases by the customer are accepted at Siili Company's discretion and only if the goods are in perfect condition. In this case:

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

  • The goods must be new, never worn, with original tags and intact box (not taped directly).

4. Non-returnable items Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used, dirty, or products without original packaging.

  • Custom-made items on request.

  • Sale/outlet products (except for defects of conformity).

5. Refunds and credit notes Once the return is received and inspected at our warehouse:

  • If the return is approved, we will send you a notification.

  • We will proceed with the issuance of a Credit Note that can be used for future purchases or, if agreed, with a refund via Bank Transfer.

  • Administrative processing times are approximately 5-10 working days from the arrival of the goods.
